General Terms and Conditions of Sale – RIAD ASRARI ATLAS
The terms used herein with an initial capital letter, without having been previously defined, have the meaning given to them below:
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any purchase of room reservation services and additional services (“Services”) offered by Riad ASRARI ATLAS to consumers and non-professional clients (“Clients or the Client”) on the Riad’s website. The main features of the Services are presented on the Riad’s website. The Client is required to be aware of them before making any reservation.
The choice and purchase of a Service are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client declares:
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros and/or Moroccan Dirhams, including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing fees.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros and/or Moroccan Dirhams. The Riad reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation and subject to availability.
The price paid includes the rental for the defined duration when purchasing one or more rooms at the Riad. Prices do not include the local tourist tax, which is payable directly to the Riad. The Client agrees to pay these various taxes without dispute to the Riad. The payment requested from the Client corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, excluding this tax. Unless otherwise stated on the Site, additional services (breakfast, etc.) are not included in the price.
Article 3 – Payment and Cancellation Conditions
Stays are payable in advance and up to the resident’s arrival. In case of cancellation:

The Client acknowledges having read the nature, destination, and reservation modalities of the Services offered by the Riad and having requested and obtained the necessary information to make the reservation with full knowledge.
The sale of Services will only be considered final after the Riad sends the Client the confirmation of the reservation acceptance by email and after the Riad has received the full payment.
Any reservation made on the Riad’s website constitutes the formation of a contract concluded remotely between the Client and the Riad. The Riad reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a Client with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous reservation. Each reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Article 5 – Payment Validating the order implies the Client’s obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the system offered by the website at the time of purchase.
